Establishment Of Central Organisation STATES SIGN* AGREEMENT Rec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 27. Representatives of 11 countries signed an agreement in London establishing a European Central Inland Transport Organisation, which will allocate and control all forms of land, rail and water transport throughout Western Europe. The signatories were Britain, Russia, France, America, Czechoslovakia, Belgium, Greece, Luxemburg, Holland, Norway and Yugoslavia. The Polish signature has been delayed because the representatives have not received instructions from Warsaw.
The agreement will remain H force for two years from the dan ' s - f signature.
