GERMAN SCIENTISTS

EMPLOYMENT IN U.S.

Rec. Noon. LONDON,' Aug. 23. German scientists will be taken to the United States to continue the military experiments and research on which they were working when Germany surrendered, states headquarters of the American forces in Europe. The United States Government will employ selected scientists and technicians, working under the direction of the United States Navy, Army and Air Force. These experts, it is emphasised, will not have access to classified American projects.

The scientists' families will remain in Germany to which the scientists will return after the completion of their work. No indication is given of the exact number to be employed.
