NEW CZECH DECORATION
Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 22. I Field-Marshal Montgomery will I visit Prague next Saturday and receive from Dr. Benes, President of Czechoslovakia, the newly-instituted Golden Star of the Order of the White Lion for Victory. The decoration is the highest, that can be awarded by the President and FieldMarshal Montgomery is ■ the first i recipient.
