The annual prize night and dance of the Kohl Yacht Club was held recently. Trophy winners were:—Lily Goodwin Shield: Opah (M. Bushell and crew). Hughes Shield: Celine (D. Adams and crew). Ivan Andrew Memorial Cup: Awatea (R. Ashby). Grey Memorial Cup: Demon (W. Wood). Shoebridge Cup: Stormalong (F. Eaddy). Peter Hickson Memorial: Tipitin (H. Durbin). Western Consolation Cup: Tamure (T. Rogers) and Waimak (A. Reid). dead-heat.
