MAN IN HOSPITAL
SHOOTING INCIDENT
CHARGE AGAINST WIFE
P.A. DUNEDIN, this day. Following a shooting incident at Berwick, a married man, aged 54, was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital on Thursday evening with a bullet wound in his back. His condition is reported to be not serious. A middle-aged woman whose name was meantime suppressed appeared in the Police Court to-day charged with discharging a rifle at her husband with intent to do bodily harm. She was remanded in custody.
