DEEP-SEATED 'QUAKE
O.C. WELLINGTON, this day. The Dominion Observatory yesterday recorded an earthquake at 3.33 a.m. at a distance. It appeared to be deep-seated, and it is doubtful from the Kelburn records if the 'quake would have been destructive in a settled area.
