CHRISTMAS RINKS
POSITION OF LIVINGSTONE
Five rinks remained unbeaten after the seventh round of the Auckland Bowling Centre's Christmas tournament this morning. They were those skipped by R. E. Pilkington (Otahuhu), R. McMaster (Stanley), H. B. Jenkin (Carlton), W. Bremner (Auckland) and W. A. Lancaster (Carlton). The winning skip in the previous two seasons, F. Livingstone, of Onehunga, will need to win his games in the eighth and ninth round:* j this afternoon to qualify, having j only four wins after seven rounds. The biggest win of the tournament so far was recorded this morning by the Mount Albert rink, skipped by R. Randrup, H. C. Williams' Epsom four being defeated 29—2.
