WOMAN FOR TRIAL
» ON SERIOUS CHARGE Charged with unlawfully using an instrument upon a young woman at Auckland on November 11 last with intent to procure a miscarriage, Cecilia May Wilks (Mr. Aekins) appeared before Messrs. J. Donald and F. T. McAneny, J.P.'s, this morning. The prosecution was conducted by Detective-Sergeant W. R. Fell. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial. Bail was refused. ■
