(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Several aspects of mental nursing were dealt with in the House oi Representatives last evening when the Nurses and Midwives' Registration Amendment Bill was put through all stages and passed. During the afternoon sitting, after formal business had been taken, the House considered 41 written Ministerial replies to questions, most attention attaching to the inquiry concerning sales of Army vehicles. The discussion on this point was continued for 15 minutes in the evening before the adjournment of the House until this afternoon.
