NORMAL TALKS

VISITS TWICE A YEAR (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, this day.

The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, said this afternoon that, in accordance with the terms of the Canberra Agreement,, discussions would normally take place between the Australian and New Zealand Governments twice a year, and that such discussions would be held alternately in Australia and New Zealand.

The question of the next meeting was at present under discussion, and an invitation had been issued to the Commonwealth to send representatives to New Zealand, but so far a date had not been fixed.
