(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The amount subscribed to the Victory Loan to-day was £745,745, making the total to date £10,485,574. Objective percentages obtained to date are as follows:—Southland district, 51 per cent; Auckland, 4/; Taranaki and Otago, both 34; Marlborough, 30: Gisborne-East Coast, 26; Wanganui, North Otago and Manawatu, all 25; Hawke's Bay and Wellington, both 23; Nelson, 22; Waikato-King Country, Northland. Westlana and South Canterbury, all 21; Buller and Wairarapa, both 20; Canterbury, 19; Thames-Bay of Plenty, 18.
