LISBON. Signor Dominico Galli, an Italian living in Estoril, a seaside resort, has been asked by the new Italian Government to return to Italy. He refuses to go.
No one here is surprised. For Signor Dominico Galli has another name by which he used to be known. It is Count Dino Grandi.
