INJURIES PROVE FATAL
STRUCK BY SHEET OP STEEL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. Struck by a sheet of steel which fell from the siding of a travelling crane at the Works Department stores at Lower Hutt yesterday afternoon, Mr. Robert Wyatt Meadows, mechanic, of Lower Hutt, suffered severe head and internal injuries, from which he died shortly afterwards. Mr. Meadows was a married man with a young family.!
