Warrant-Officer V. R. Jamieson, R.N.Z.A.F., son of Mrs. C. F. McCoy, of Ponsonby, has gained his commission. Pilot-Officer Jamieson, who is 25 years of age, was educated at Marist Brothers' School, and went overseas nearly three years ago. His two brothers have also seen overseas service, one being in the Navy, and the other in the Army.
