Brigadier J. M. Twhigg, D.5.0., arrived from the south this morning. Mr. Justice Callan left for Wellington last night to attend sittings of the Court cf Appeal. The Minister of Industries and Commerce, Mr. Sullivan, left' for Wellington last night. Mr. Justice O'Regan arrived from the south this morning to conduct sittings of the Compensation Court. Mr. J. Beattie, of the Health Department, Hamilton, has been appointed health inspector for the Raglan County Council. Mr. G. A. Hansen has been appointed Government nominee on the board of governors of Massey College, in place of Mr. A. Mcrton, who resigned recently.
