CHILD'S COLLAPSE

DIES IN MOTHER'S ARMS A four-year-old boy collapsed and. died while being nursed in hisi mother's arms yesterday. He was Barry Michael Reardon, son of Mr. and Mrs. K. Reardon, of 39, Malvern Road, Mount Albert. The child showed no sign of illness apart from a slight cold. He asked his mother for a drink of water, and several minutes later died while she was attending tiim. An inquest was opened yesterday afternoon before the coroner, Mi*. Alfred Addison, and adjourned sine die.
