Top for Dominion A nursing trainee at the New Plymouth Hospital has won the honour of top of the Dominion in the State final examination for pupil nurses. She is Miss Kathleen Adams, an English girl, who began her nursing training when she was forced to remain in New Zealand by the outbreak of war. Miss Adams' success brings the number of top of the Dominion honours won by trainees at the New Plymouth hospital to 12 in the last 18 years.
