After having heard argument on behalf of the parties interested. Mr. Justice Callan yesterday reserved decision on the application by the executors in the estate of the late Mrs. Mary Fleming for interpretation of provisions in the will with a view to making abatements in the bequests to adjust them to the size of the net amount likely to be available.
