The Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will hold a meeting in aid of the Patriotic Fund at Hastings to-morrow, and if form shown on the local course last Saturday is any criterion, as it should he, Skyhawk and Queen's Charm will take all the beating about the place in their respective engagements. Siglow, top-weight in the Pacific Hack Hurdles, only just scrambled home last week-end, and there were many, folk present who thought he was lucky to win, but as this' was his first race over hurdles since last season he may leave nothing to conjecture tomorrow.
