GREYMOUTH, this day

Nearly • 200 ■ employees of the Strongman and Liverpool State mines in the Runanga district are to be examined .by Army medical boards in the course of the next week, the examinations commencing tomorrow.

It has not been the practice in the past to examine coal mine employees on their being called in a ballot. The men concerned are working in mines where the alleged go-slow policy is in operation.
