ENTHRONEMENT CEREMONY

Rec. 1.30. CHUNGKING, Feb. 17. The tenth Panchen Lama of Tibet was formally enthroned at the Taerh Temple before 100,000 people, including members of the Kuomintang Central Executive Committee. The Panchen is the boy who was discovered at Hsunhwa, in the Chinghai province, having been born sunuitaneously with the ninth Pancnena death on November 3, 1937. ine Panchen is considered to be the ie carnation of Buddha.
