BRIGADIER HARGEST
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Dominion president of the New Zealand Returned Services' Association, Mr. B. J. Jacobs, has sent the following cablegram to Brigadier J. Hargest, D.S.O. and bar, M.C., on the occasion of his arrival in London: "Your comrades of the New Zealand Returned Services' Association have learned with gratification of your complete freedom and extend congratulations on your achievements. Best wishes for your future health and welfare and a speedy reunion with your loving family. All the best for Christmas."
