BRIGADIER HARGEST

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Dominion president of the New Zealand Returned Services' Association, Mr. B. J. Jacobs, has sent the following cablegram to Brigadier J. Hargest, D.S.O. and bar, M.C., on the occasion of his arrival in London: "Your comrades of the New Zealand Returned Services' Association have learned with gratification of your complete freedom and extend congratulations on your achievements.
