Reported German Troop Moves After Teheran Talks SPECULATIONS REVIVED Rec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 6. German troops have been moving to the frontier between Turkey and Bulgaria, following the Teheran talks, says the British United Press correspondent in Stockholm, quoting reports which have reached Hungarian circles in Stockholm. This is the first Nazi reaction to the revived speculation that Turkey si likely to enter the war on the side of the Allies. German troop movements were noted throughout the week-end. The main concentrations were reported in the Chaskova area, about 40 miles west of the Turkish border.
BERLIN BANKS MAIN OFFICES DESTROYED Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 6. The recent. R.A.F. raids on Berlin destroyed the main offices of virtually all of the big banks, where, according to the Stockholm correspondent of the Associated Press, the Nazi leaders had stored art treasures and valuables looted from occupied countries.
