GLARING LIGHTS

Is there no by-law in regard to glaring headlights on cars, buses and the like? I am a bus driver for one of the suburban companies, and have to take my turn at night driving with the rest of my fellow workmates. I don't think that it is a fair go when by-laws are broken by people who have no consideration for other road users. Is there no one in authority to control this menace, and if there is, why let them be so lax? Let some of the City Council's traffic inspectors take a turn behind the wheel of a bus for six to eight hours at night and see for themselves just what it is like fcr us. I am sure that they, too, would start growling. BUS DRIVER.
