ACCUMULATED RECEIPTS DEBIT ITEMS ONLY £66 (0.C.) WELLINGTON, this day. Receipts for war damage insurance in the first six months of the current financial year totalled £660,295, and at September 30 the accumulated funds approached £3,000,000. As another five months of the full premium income will be obtained before the reduced rates operate, another £500,000 will probably be added, especially if the expenditure continues nominal. Debit items in the account total only £66.
