VACANT POSSESSION
NO PREMIUMS ALLOWED After considering whether a sum should be added to the purchase price of a property on the ground that a dwelling was vacant and available for immediate occupation, the Auckland Urban Land Sales Committee yesterday decided against any sum being taken into account in fixing the basic value.
