VICE-DELEGATES IN N.Z.

FRENCH APPOINTMENTS . The Delegate in New Zealand of the French Committee of National Liberation at Algiers informs the public that, according to instructions received from his Excellency the Ambassador of France, Commissioner of External Affairs, and with the authorisation of the New Zealand Government, he has opened vice-delegations at Christchurch, for Canterbury, and at Dunedin for Otago and Southland, and that Messrs. G. E. F. Kingscote and S. E. D. Neil have been appointed vice-delegates respectively.
