GOLF AT ROTORUA NEXT MONDAY
The annual contest for the New Zealand poll Veterans' Cup 3;id the Ariklkapakapa Cup and handicap tournament, conducted by the Rotorua Golf Club, will commence on Monday next, and will be continued on Tuesday, Wednesday, Tmirsday and Friday. The popularity of this tourney, which is open to members 55 years of ago ana over of affiliated clubs, is evidenced by an entry of 140, players coming from as far afield as the Russley (Christchurch), Dunedin, Masterton, New Plymouth, Miramar, Wellington, Taihape, Hastings, Takapau, Napier, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Bulls, Petone, Hawera and Martinborough Clubs. All the Auckland clubs are represented, also those throughout the V/aikato and Bay of Plenty districts.
