ROOSEVELT HONOURED
OTTAWA, Aug. 25.
Acting as Chancellor of the University of London, the GovernorGeneral of Canada, the Earl of Athlone, conferred the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws on President Roosevelt. The ceremony took place privately at Government House.
