WOMEN'S WAR WORK
The following may interest som< of our workers: —"Who would have thought it possible thai worner could turn to and do men's work. The Port of London Authorities re port a fine target for women to aim at. It was in the London docks that a ship carrying a load cf 5931 tons of grain in bulk was completely unloaded by these women dockers between S a.m. and 7 p.m. the same day, nearly 6000 tons in eleven hours. Well done, brave hearts! It is said that this record has not been approached anywhere in the world. Now rightly so—trace up records and compare. BETHNAL GREEN.
