EXTRA VESSEL
INTER-ISLAND FERRY (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Another vessel will be put into commission soon on the WellingtonLyttelton ferry service, according to a statement received from the Minister of Marine, Mr. O'Brien. He said instructions were given three weeks ago to equip another steamer, but the lack of suitable labour hindered operations.
