ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCED
Fiori —Thompson. —The engagement is announced between Mavis Mabel, only daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. Thompson, of Eltham, and Driver Victor D. Fiori, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. V. Fiori, of St. Helier's, Auckland.
Mrs. G. S. Cammell, lady district superintendent, and Mrs. F. Turner, lady district officer, of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, are leaving on Sunday to officially represent the Auckland district at the jubilee celebrations of the brigade at Dunedin..
