NEW GRAVING DOCK
Rec. 11.30 a.m. CAPETOWN, April 8
The construction will begin immediately of a £2,000,000 graving dock. Britain will provide all the machinery and caissons, also contribute £750,000. The dock will not be less than 1000 ft long and 45ft deep. The construction is expected to take two years.
