DEFENDED DIVORCE CASE
The defended divorce case Gordon William Fleming, fellmonger, Papatoetoe (Mr. Robinson) v. Irene MaryFleming and Reginald Johnston, factory hand (Mr. Dickson). in which petitioner alleged adultery between respondent and co-respondent, and claimed £250 damages, was continued before Mr. Justice Callan and a jury in the Supreme Court to-day The allegation was denied in evidence given by both respondent and co-respondent, and corroborative, evidence is proceeding.
