VALUES AGAIN WEAKER BANKS AND IX.SIR.IXCES Sharp falls in Insurances and In Bank of New Zealand shares were a feature of trading on the Auckland Slock Exchange to-day. The bank share* dropped by over 1/ on last week's level to £1 17/f5, which is only 1/ above the record low price realised last April. New Zealand Insurances, which changed hands to-day at £3 1/6. easing to £3 1/. have moved back 4/ since the beginning of the month, while South British, bought at £2 13/, are 4/9 below the level then. Other stocks showed little alteration, buying interest being strictly confined.
