NO ACADEMY BANQUET
The annual banquet of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, at which the academy awards for outstanding achievements in the films in J941 would have been presented, will not be held because of the war, according to a Hollywood announcement. The awards will be presented informally jt was explained. The dinner usually is held in the latter part of February.
