MOUNT ROSKILL ELECTION
The result of the Mount Koskill Road Board by-election, to fill a vacancy caused by the death of Mr. C. J. Anderson, will not be known until the final count is made on Thursday. The result of the provisional count, excluding 78 declaration votes, was: A. I. Keesing 88, M. S. Walker 88, A. D. Thomson 64, E. J. West 32, A. E. Hole 20, J. McC. Clarkson 6; informal 2.
