TRAINING DEPOT

GLOUCESTER. PARK LENT

Territorials of Army Service Corps units in Auckland are at work in Gloucester Park, Onehunga, making it into a permanent A.S.C. training depot. The use of this 26-acre park has been granted by the Onehunga Borough Council for the duration of the war and as long after as it is required. The units concerned are the Ist and sth Composite Companies, Army Service Corps, and the Ist Reserve Motor Transport Company. Work was commenced at Gloucxster Park in the week-end, and fair numbers of Territorials were present both yesterday and on Saturday.
