OBITUARY

MRS. EMILY HENDERSON

Formerly Dominion secretary of the Anglican Bible Class Union, Mrs. Emily Henderson, widow of the late Mr. G. L. Henderson, died at her home in Titirangi Road over the week-end. Mrs. Henderson was aged 83. She arrived in New Zealand with her husband from England in 1903, Mr. Henderson having been engaged as an expert copperplate and steelplate engraver by Messrs. Wilson and Horton. Their golden wedding was celebrated in 1932. Mrs. Henderson was an enthusiastic worker for the Anglican Church at New Lynn. She is survived by a son and a daughter.
