AUCKLANDERS AT WAIHI
Ken Kenneth and W. Mclror participated in • wrestling tournament held at Whangammta on Saturday evening under rhe auspices ol the Walhi VI ratling and Physical Culture Club in aid of the Whangamata Patriotic Association (Thames district). The principal bout was between Mclvor M 5 0) and H. Cowan (16.0) and resulted in a draw. Kenneth wrestled exhibition boot* witli Mrivor and Cowan. Preliminary matches resulted—J. Armitt (8.0) beat R. Bennie by one fall; E. Thomson (10.10) won on point* from C. Dean (110). Mr. J. McLean (Auckland) had control of the bouU.
