STUDENTS' RECITAL
There was a large attendance in the Lewis Kady Hall when a concert in aid of patriotic funds was given by members of the vocal and instrumental circles of the Society of Registered Music Teachers of New Zealand. In a well-chosen programme which contained classics by the great masters as well ae compositions by modern musicians, the following performers took part:—Vocalists: Xetta Wilkie. Mignon D'O. Constance •lohnron. .lime Clarkmn. Marie Fielding. Doris Capper, Lucy Evans*. Mary .Tellie. Kdna Smith. Esther and Zelda Sala». Vivienne Targuee. Doris Willonghby, Nancye O'Connor. Mildred Farrell. Laurie Young. Dorothy Harper. Pianist*: Florence Mays. Zelda Pulham, Louiee Sexton. Irene Watte. Dorothy Moir and Doreen Paterson. Neila McLeod. Gladys Mallabond, Lilian Quinlan and Fay McAnemy. Miss Doris Foote gave elocutionary item's. The accompaniments were played by Vera Fowler. Myrtle Poole. Gladys Mallabond and Xeila McLeod.
