APOLOGY MADE

SUPREME COURT REPORT RESTITUTION PROCEEDINGS In our report of the application for restitution of conjugal rights by Dorothy Florence Forde, in the Supreme Court yesterday, it was stated that Mrs. Forde stated that her husband, Harold Glenis Forde, had lived with her happily untii January last, when he became friendly with another woman. This was incorrect. Mrs. Forde stated that at that date her husband became friendly with a married couple. There was no suggestion in Mrs. Forde's evidence of any improper association with another woman. We regret the error, which was entirely due to the fact that our reporter did not hear the word "mister" when Mr. and Mrs. were mentioned.
