CARGO BEING UNLOADED
>lEX ORDERED BACK? (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. Work was resumed to-day on the unloading of the guano cargo which was the sxibject of a dispute and a hitch on the waterfront on Thursday. It is understood the men were ordered back to work and warned that the penal provisions of the Emergency Regulations would be applied to them if they refused to handle the cargo. It is also understood th*t award rates are being paid.
