WOMAN'S DEATH
VERDICT AT INQUEST
■■&. verdict that death was caused by poison self-administered i when She was mentally infirm was returned by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday afternoon, at the inquest into the death of Constance Marie Weigel, aged 36, single, of Ash Avenue, Avondale. The body of the woman, who was j a domestic, was found in the garden ; of an Epsom residence early on the, morning of June 27. Detective-Sergeant J. Walsh said ; a handbag found near the body con- , tained an empty poison bottle. In- ; quiries made by the police showed that the woman had been mentally unbalanced for some time prior to her death.
