MENINGITIS IN* NORTH (0.C.) WHANG ARE I, this day. After 10 days without any further cases of meningitis, the restrictions imposed in Northland by the military authorities have been lifted. When fresh cases were reported from the Bay of Islands district over a fortnight ago the military authorities stopped troop movements and parades north of Whangarei. closed Kensington Park Camp to visitors, and confined the men in camp to barracks. All these restrictions have now been lifted.
