3 Judgment was given by Mr. I Justice O'Regan in the Compensai tion Court in the claim by Percy 1 Conrad King, asbestos-cement facf tory worker (Mr. Elwarth), against i the James Hardie and Company [ Proprietary, Limited, Penrose (Mr. fcj Kore), claiming compensation totalj ling £54 14/5 on the ground that he contracted cuts and abrasions on I his hands while at work from which , he contracted the skin trouble known as dermatitis. §~ His Honor said that plaintiff had f not sufficiently proved his case, and ? gave Judgment for the defendant i| company.
