WOMEN POLICE

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. Ten women police who have been chosen to serve in the four centres will commence instruction at the training depot at Wellington on June 2 and it is expected they will be ready to begin their duties in about three months' time. During the training period the women recruits will receive full instruction in legal practice and many other branches of police work.
