SELLING STALE MILK
Gynne Rowell, proprietor of a dairy and milk bar at 189, Queen Street. Onehunga, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court, Onehunga, to-day, before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., to a charge of selling milk which did not comply with the provisions of the Health Act. The Health Department inspector reported that the analysis disclosed that the sample of milk taken by him was distinctly stale. He was fined 40/ and costs 23/.
