ASSAULT CHARGE
HARD LABOUR SENTENCE Manawatu Mohaia pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court at Onehunga to-day to a charge of assaulting Eric Pulljames. Sergeant Angland stated that accused attacked complainant without provocation. The magistrate, Mr. Levien, imposed a sentence of seven days' imprisonment with hard labour.
