AIR FORCE CASUALTIES
ONE BELIEVED KILLED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following air casualties were announced to-day:— WIDDLETON, William Arthur, R.N.Z.A.F. (Pilot Officer), Injured in air operations, admitted to hospital):—next of kin: Mr. F. C. Middleton, Newmarket, Auckland (father). STEEL, Edward Nation, B.A.F. (Flyinr Officer), missing in air operations.— Mr. J. W. Steel, Kilbirnle, Wellington (father). NOLA, David Leo, B.N.Z.A.F. (Sergeant), missing believed killed, in air operations —Mr I J Nola, Tatuanui (father).
Mr. E. J. r»helan, No. 1 Licensing Authority, leaves for Rotorua tomorrow. He will go on to Tauranga and Whakatane, and on his way back will deal with licensing cases at Thames.
